Why people don't like Damsels?

I have a four stripe that is extremely territorial. If I have my arm in the tank near his "area" he starts ramming his head into my arm. He doesn't stop either until I move my arm. It doesn't hurt at all and is kind of comical.
I have two other damsels that he ignores. The only fish smaller than him is my mandarin, which he also ignores. Ocassionally he gets pissed at the fireshrimp and drives it away.
I think he is a bit psychotic; definately an interesting fish.

I used to have an ocellaris that used to bite me when I had my arm in the tank.
