Why wont water clear up?

I have a 150 gal with an aragonite sand bed and a few pieces of LR, 2 koralia #3 powerheads, and an overflow going to a 55 gal sump/fuge. No skimmer yet. The tank has been cycled now for about a week. I have a couple of fish, some snails, hermits and a shrimp. My water still has a little bit of cloudiness to it. It has been this way ever since I added the sand over a month ago. Will the "dust" ever settle completely or what can I do to clear it up?

Was the aragonite rinsed till totally clear run-of from rinsing before adding it to the tank? If not it will take some time to slowly filter out the dust from it. Aragonite "dust" is extremly fine and will take time to desolve away ,which it will do eventually.
I think it is the best starting substrate, but if flow is desturbed it, and clouding the tank, it may take longer to clear. With time it should clear up. Also like Bob said try running some carbon too.......That may speed the clearing up........
