Why would Sebea bleach under MH's?

I think my upgrade to MH's has doomed my anemone. It started moving last Thursday. I was out of town for the weekend and when I got home I found the anemone under a ledge and it is looking quite bleached. How could this happen in 3 days? I thought anemone's liked intense lighting.:help:

Anemone need to adapt to new surroundings. It will probably be fine now as it can slowly start to move out from under the rock and acclimate itself.

You might explain from what type of lighting you did have, hours per day and such, then explain about your MH and hours per day.
When I added MH to my setup, I only ran them for 1 hour per day, for several weeks, then went up to 2 hours per day, then 3... I took it real slow, none of my anemones showed any stress from the new MH lighting.
Gotta go slow.

Thanks guys, I went from 195 watts of PC to a 250w MH and 130 watts of PC. My photo period is 8.5 hours of PC before and 9 hours PC now with 4 hours MH. Maybe I should cut back the MH to one or two hours per day.
