my Anemone keeps going inside himself does this mean there is a problem? He does re inflate himself I have a condi. Any help would be great thanks

They do that all the time. I'm not sure why.

There are several reasons. The most common is to eat. Another is a water change. They deflate & reinflate to swap out the water inside them.
