Wierd Mark On Clowns Head!!!

Im a noob about a month into my first tank evrything looks fine and i have been testing my water and it appears good... my corals fish and snails look good and healthy but the clown fish has developed while marks on the top of his head just above his left eye...im thinking its a scab from running into the live rock cuz his anemone is right next to it but im not sure should i wait for it to go away or take him in to my LFS to get checked out?

A picture would make it much easier to try to diagnose.
Off topic but you said the tank is a month old and you already have corals, anemone, and fish? if this is right you may want to slow down a bit, at a moth you should probably be just introducing your first fish.

DO NOT TAKE HIM TO THE LFS!
Thats exactly what i did...and then he died three hours later, just so you know fish dont like to be taken out of the tank, into a bag and for car rides, they hate it and it willl kill him.
Take a picture and then we may be able to help you out!
my coral beauty had a lump in her head too and i thought the same thing about bumping into the Lr and three days after i put her in the tank it was gone.
