Ok i was cleaning my tank out really good and lifted up a shell i have it against the glass and i look in and saw to pink oval things with white bumps all over them (legs i guess). They were maybe a cm long and looked like a pink potato bug, then they started stretching out and were about 1 inch long and look like a centipede. I droped the shell and they dissapered, i have no clue how the hid so fast.
What are these things? What do they do? Are they bad or good or nothing? Howd they get there? How do i get rid of them? or should i leave them?
Also could a lion fish eat them maybe? I got my Lion fish (fuzzy dwarf) about 2 months ago and he rarely eats that i notice but hes still doing fine. I always figured he just ate when i wasnt around but maybe hes easting these?

Bristleworms are good for your system, they eat alot of things that nothing else will, Unless they get really large i would not worry about them!
