wierds worms

i have a 55 gallo tank with about 40 pounds of live rock i recently started noticing these really strange worms that are black and orange i was wondering if thats bad or if they are just normal? also i have live sand with some kind ofwird stringy looking things coming out of the sand they look like tentecles or something help plz

The stringy ones are probably spaghetti worms and the black and orange ones are most likely bristle worms. Do they look like these?
