Wife demands another fish, but what?

Okay, my wife is now demanding that I get another fish for our tank since our current ones are not exciting enough.
Here's my dilema though. We have a 55 gallon COLUMN TANK. It's not a long tank. It's only 30 inches from left to right. It's however, much taller and deeper (front to back) than most tanks. I have live rock stacked across the entire rear of the tank, leaving a nice beach for the inverts to "play" in.
Here's what my tank contains:
Fish:
2 false percs (paired together)
1 purple dottyback
1 Starry Blenny
Corals and more:
Small Hammer (pretty new)
Small Frogspawn
HUGE Bubble Coral (the false percs have bonded to this and never leave it)
a couple mushrooms
2 feather dusters
1 star polyp
Here's my dilema: I just got the feather dusters and put them in the rocks but the blenny was going to have none of that. The blenny has claimed the ******** of the live rock and ONLY allows the purple dottyback to move within that realm untouched. The blenny began attacking the feather duster so i had to put him in the sand, where both are happy now.
The dottyback stays around the rockwork.
the false percs never leave the bubble coral.
So, my question is, is there a small fish that stays out and moves around alot more that would be compatible with this tank and safe from attack?

Ya I would say the sixline wrasse is a good choice. Can you post a pic or 2 of your tank? I dont think I have ever seen one like you described it.

Sure, when I get home tonight, I'll take a pic and post.
I've never seen a tank like it either to be honest. I bought it at my LFS and I've not seen a duplicate back in there.
It's like a HUGE square.
Everyone is different but I like a tank that is more boxy but deeper. I like to be able to put lots of LR in the back and still have a big "beach" and also stack really high.

dwarf angels are pretty aggressive. clowns, dottybacks, and blennies aren't pushovers either. added last, a dwarf angel is a great choice for that size of a tank. the only possible problem is that it may nip at corals.

I went to the LFS and they suggested a dwarf angel. They have a cheaper one that I'm waiting on them to get, as opposed to the $50.00 one they currently have.
I love the look of it.
If he damages my coral I'll just take him back in.
You're right about the other fish. My clowns killed a yellow watchman goby I had in there. They just beat the crap out of him one day before I could help him.
Basically I have a bunch of spoiled babies in my tank.
My clowns are obsessed with my green bubble coral and get completely pissed at anything that comes near it, even hermit crabs. They kick up sand, and slap it with their tails.
The blenny has, unfortunately claimed EVERY piece of liverock in my tank as his own. However, he is friends with the dottyback and lets him roam freely but, NOBODY else comes in the rocks,............NOT even a feather duster.
Oddly enough, my dottyback is the most friendly and timid creature in my tank it seems.

Sixlines can on occasion be violent, so it could probably take care of itself. But they are very active swimmers and love swimming through rocks. A dwarf angel would be fine in that tank also, but keep an eye on them nipping at corals.
It sounds like the tank you have is a cube. I'm about to set up a 33g Oceanic cube.

Yes, I'd say it's a cube more than a column now that i think about it.
It's an absolutely beautiful tank.
