Wife Update! Not hooked, but snagged.

I have a 29 gallon semi reef tank with a nasal tang, yellow tang, hippo tang, copperband butterfly, 4 dasmels, and tomato clown..
i also have about 10-20lbs of live rock and leather coral, button polyp , and a plate.
There is some at my job that is selling a 65 gallon tank stand and hood for 250
Should i sell my 29 gallon tank stand hood and canopy and get the 65 gallon
i would also have to buy more sand and another filter and more live rock
what do you think the total price would be for a change like this.

not sure, but with the load that you have in that 29 right now, i would reccommend looking at like a 135 or 180 because those three tangs are going to get enormous! I cant believe you have 3 tangs, a CB butterfly, and more damsels in that tank. I would reccommend gettign a book on the hobby and reading it from cover to cover before you get any new tanks, and take all of the tangs to a lfs and have them hold them for you while you figure out what you want to do.

I'm the wife in my situation, and I'm as bad, if not worse at times than he is. I'm the one that had to have the grouper tank. Neither one of us are any good mind you, we're both horrible about "Oh but it's so *pretty*" $$$. Hell, we had to talk ourselves out of buying a bamboo shark today. I still think the only reason we don't have it now is because we didn't want to mess up the flow in the 200. *sighs* It's okay to be an addict *twitch twitch*

my wife and I just had one of those- 'talk each other out of it' conversation-- i went to the LFS to pick up a different bulb, and they had a bubble coral that was HUGE! it was like a 'branching bubble' if you can believe that--- it was about 20 inches end to end, and had 4 seperate sections about 4 inches in diamter! it was amazing!!! only 70.00....
