Will 192 watts of PC be ok over a 46g bowfront?

I am getting a 46 gallon bowfront this weekend.. I don't have my lights just yet.. I am going to make a retro hood with the existing pc lighting I have over my 20 gallon nano to get me started... At least till I can get the cash save for the lights.. I am thinking about getting the 36" Orbit 2x96W SunPaq w/Lunar Lights/Fan... This will give me a nice mix over this tank... Will this be ok for just some low light corals... Right now I have 5.6 watts per gallon over the 20 gal nano... The new setup over the 46 will only give me 4.1..
At the moment the 20 gallon has zoos and some xenia that is flourishing...Not to mention the nice spread of coraline algae... So I think I am doing something right there... Just don't want to shock the stuff when I move them to the 46 with 1.5 less watts of light... Plus the 46 is a few inches deeper than the 20......
Metal halide is out for now.. The wife will loose her mind if she has to sit and watch tv with the living room lit up like a highway... LOL....
Maybee I will just get the Orbit and try to keep the NO flourescent bulb with it to maybee give it a tad extra umph.....WHom knows....

I have the exact same fixture on my 40 gal breeder. I think the lighting would be optimal for Zoos and most softies. You can always position corals with higher lighting demands near the top of your rock aquascaping.

Thanks I can't wait to buy this fixture... I got a sweet deal on this 46.. I sold my current 55 gallon for $120.. That included the tank, stand and light fixture.. For $150 I bought a 46 gallon bowfront with stand, light fixture and two twin filters.... I need a change up from the 55 gallon.. But wonder if I should keep it... What to do, what to do....

In the long run, I think the bowfront looks much neater than the flat tank.. Just my opinion, though...

Yeah Duke-
My feelings exactly.. I just actually looked at the tank.. Its a shame the guy is selling it.. Well not for me:joy: He has some really nice angel fish in there...Freshwater angels that is. He said hes sick of it.. He paid over $400.00 for the setup.. I am getting all this..
46 Gallon Bowfront
Stand
Light fixture and cover
Emperor 400
Aquaclear 201 powerhead
Heater
All this for $150.00
Not a bad deal if you ask me... The glass on the tank is scratchless.. My current 55 has a few on the inside of the tank.. So thats why I am selling that one.. I want a nice clear tank...
Oh well...
