what type of hard corals?
in my oppinon 4 to 5 watts per gallon is required for stony type corals. It also depends a lot on what type of ighting it is. 56 watts of pc lighting is not the same as 56 watts of halinde lighting (if they even make them that small)

lol, if you go by watt per gallon rule absolutly not..
about 5+ watts a gallon for hard corals, but more impotantly would be depth, and pc's are definatly not good, you should get a 250 watt metal halide fixture..

you will need A LOT more light. halides would be good, you could get away with 175w bulbs, but T5 will run a lot cooler and will be cheaper to opperate while giving just as good if not better light. aquactincs and teks are good.
