Hey you guys should check out what i said about this tw@t in his thread that should be enough warning to anyone wanting to buy anything from him

I bought a 125 setup from him. I went to his house, gave him 1/2 the money, went to his house the next weekend to pick it up and everything was so green you couldn't see thru it and about 175 lbs of liverock was missing! I thought maybe I was mistaken (being new at the sw hobby), But I know after being at his house, the only tank he had remaining (and as he told me) was the 29 gallon, but all of a sudden immediatly after that, low and behold! a new thread from him selling 175 lbs of live rock! BTW all of the livestock died and one of the protein skimmers I got from him blew water everywhere! And that was my first experience on swf.com classifieds. nice, huh?!

You can most likely file a civil suit in small claims......since you are local. Most municipalities make it quite easy to do so and you do not need an attorney. I'll put this on the live rock thread as well.

They cannot based on legal issues...but I have posted warnings in all his/her/them/its/scammers for sale threads along with a link and other info if they are victims.

they can ban him from coming this board because it's a private board. and i believe enough complaints have warranted his banning.
