I have started my 75 today. I noticed one piece of rock has 3 of these

growing on it. I know aiptasia X and joes juice will take care of them but will they survive a cycle?

Unfortunately them suckers can and will survive a cycle. Wish everything else was as hardy as them.
I used Peppermint shrimp in my tanks to get rid of them. Some people don't like to have Peps in their tanks, but I have nothing against them. They are cool little shrimp that do their job well.

I love peppermint shrimp. I had two in my nano. They are great and very pretty. I will get a few of them after my cycle if the joes or X doesnt work out.

I had at least 6 throughout the tank during cycle & used Joe's Juice. Haven't seen any since. Still plan on getting PS

I have never used Joes Juice or aiptasia X. I have read you use a turkey baster type and just squirt it. Is that correct? I have never had to deal with aiptasia period. I know you shouldnt touch it or try to rip it off.

I have a small bottle of Joes Juice and the recommendation is to use a small syringe. There are bent tips that are sold for the syringe that should help with the application.
