I'm a newbie, so don't take my word for it, but my crabs don't bother my bubble tip anemone. I have scarlets, blue leg, and emeralds.

no almost can guarantee they wont, they are purely scavengers and algae eaters, if your system is adequately stocked with fish you will have no probs with the crabs

I have both in my tank and they have never bothered the anemone(s) -- splits of my rose BTA.
I hvae gotten lucky in that they have not bothered any coral or other inhabitant.

Never heard of them bothering anemones but do be careful if you have snails. They will SOMETIMES eat them, and steal there shells.

You'll be fine but if you dont have all your rock etc... secure they have been known to knock over loose stuff.

That's happened to me before. Poor snails. :( Now I make sure to feed them more.

I hope they are the same species! :scared:
I guess technically, if an anemone is distressed a crab might eat it. I've seen hermits eating dying jellies before...
