Will Chaeto do okay with 10 hours of light?

Got it in my refuge and is currently under compact fluorescent 120 watt equivalent bulb. It is a 5000k and has 1100 lumens. Sound good? Only uses 23 watts.

Chaeto should do fine as long as it has enough flow and YES enough light.....Is this a light fixture????

10 hours is fine for chaeto. Just don't run the fuge light 24/7, even photosynthetic organisms need some dark time to be able to grow.

This is a bulb screwed into one of those home depot reflector things that can clip on.

I leave mine on 24/7. I have always done it that way, but I might try it to offset it and see how that works.
