I have an engineer goby that is about 7-8 inches long now and he's great. He is in a 220 reef but i made sure to have all of my base rock sitting on the glass. Mine only dig in one area and the wife and I are actually going to get a couple more of them. They are very social fishes.

I have 2 of these nutty fish in my 60 wide, Just make sure your rock is sitting on the glass, if they burrow under a rock and it falls it could kill the fish!
I have had mine for about 1 yr now, they do calm down after awhile But they will never quit burrowing, it is thier nature !
