Will LR help my pH?

It seems my water parameters still suck. My pH remains steady at 7.8. Will live rock and powerheads help it out? May the trouble be that I'm not getting enough oxygen exchange? Because I just installed two really tiny powerheads in my 46 bow, and I'm hoping that may help. My nitrites and nitrates are also rediculous, and my ammonia will -not- go down past 0.25. What should I do? :help:

Adding baking soda will raise your PH. I personally would go to the LFS and buy the stuff there. They sell additives(that are basically baking soda with additives in it) that will raise or lower your PH. You can also add a t-spoon a week to keep it at your specific level.
