Will my Cleaning crew die off?

I bought a 100 gallon cleaning crew made up of snails and Crabs. They have been eating all the brown algae in my tank. Now it's almost gone and I'm noticing the crabs dieing off one by one. My water quaility is great and I'm worried that they are now starving to death. Is this normal or do people usually get new algaes every day?
My lighting os on for 14 hrs PC.

U're not still cycling are you? That could be the problem.

You should suppliment their feedings. You can buy buy the food at your LFS.

I'm done cycling. My nitrites and ammoina are 0 and I switched to RO/DI water also. I will try that suppliment feeding. OH also there is poop everywhere. Does this go away somehow? I've been told not to siphon the sand that all I need to do is to change 10 gallons a week. I have a skimmer in my fuge and it seems like it's working. Is there a star fish snail or something that helps with all the poop?
