Will my tank get too hot?

I have a 25g tank and want to put Metal Halides on it. Will it get too hot? I really don't want to mess with chiller. I have 130w pc lights now. Will a 150w Metal Halide be that much better?

In a 25G - yes. MH do give out high heat plus high wattage output on your electric bill. You'll have to add some fans and/or place your lighting high above your tank to prevent the water from getting too warm plus evaporation will occur.
