will percs host an elegance coral?

I want to add a purple tip elegance to my tank soon and I know that clowns sometimes host odd things bur do you think its possible for them to host this??

Maybe, I've got one hosting in a candy coral and a pair hosted in a colt.

The clowns will likely die from the stings of the coral eventually. The coral will likely die from the abrasion of the fish eventually.

Is this true with most coral or particular to the elegance?
Also I've heard they have very potent stings and can leave rashes. Is this true?
