My buddy wanted me to ask a question for him. His anemone got to close to a powerhead and lost some tentacles, will they grow back?

Yes, as long as their foot isn't damaged and they are within the correct environment (lighting, water chemistry, temp, and SG) then they will grow almost anything back.

yes they will I had one that deciced it was going to float around and got cought in mine,about a week later tenticles started growing back. give it a little time.
What kind of anemone by the way!

even if the foot is damaged they will grow back as long as its getting what it needs, matter of fact, i picked up a rock in my tank and one of my anemones was back there and i didnt know it and had half of its foot on one rock and half on another and when i picked it up it ripped it into 2 parts, and both parts are fine...not cut apart, ripped with its guts all hangging out
