will these light bulbs work?

I can get light bulbs at work that are supposed to act like 100% natural sunlight. They are 4 feet long, 40 watts, and 6500K. Just plain white not tinted any color. Would these work alone? for tank with live rock, live sand, corals etc
Or would actinic lights be needed also?
The tank is not set up yet...... I hope there is enough information available to answer the question
Thanks in advance

Absolutley not! Normal output flourescent daylight tubes are horrible. They only putout 6500K with color rendering index of 76. Which is completely insufficiant for corals. If you are serious about keeping live corals it would be wiser to invest in metal halides or power compact flourescents that are 50/50. IMHO. <img src="graemlins//uhuh.gif" border="0" alt="[U-Huh]" />

 i agree with eric the red. i'm running some 6500k's on my tank and it will support leathers, but the flowerpot and hammer corals have died. :(
