Probably. Maybe 2 would be better.
2 Oscellaris CF live in my 10 gallon. I'm sure another 10 could hold 2 more fish.
i thought that i needed to add a odd number for the chromis.

any either way, you will end up with only one chromis over time. Good luck and have fun!
Why do you say that? I have 4 green chromis, they stay together in their group, and never fight? Aren't Chromis schooling fish?
most of the time they are fine in odd numbers, but with the tank only being 20 gallons and having the 2 clowns in it, there is the potential for a problem. What about a chromis and a sand sifting goby for some other color?

so u saying that 2 clowns, one chromis and one goby would do better.
yes, thats my personal opinion of course assuming the your 5/6 pieces of LR are about equal to atleast 12 lbs and that you are only using a biowheel type setup. If you have more filtration you could have maybe 2 or 3 more small fish like a royal gramma, or a dottyback or a blenny.
In my opinion, that is too many fish in a 20 gallon. Keep the clowns and choose other tankmates. Like someone else said, yashia haze goby and pistol shrimp make quite a nice addition.
