Will this be to much light?

Would 4x80 (individual mirror polished aluminum reflectors ) T-5 be to much light on a tank that is only 12inches deep?

Well the light I was gonna get was broken when they where boxing it up to ship. I have had to look else where. What would I be able to keep in the tank if I put two 80 watt bulbs (one actinic and one 10000K) with individual German mirror polished aluminum reflectors?
