Id keep looking....i think u can get more bang for the buck...If you sticking w/ CF units then do some research on low-light corals!

Your gonna want 5-7-10 watts a gallon if u dont know that already. Go with metal halides if you buy big lights. The light comes from one focal point and looks tight on in the tank and on the substrate. Look at ---- too. You can find great deals and most have good customer service and returns.

I was gonna stick w/ cf since they're cheaper. Mh are way to expensive for me. I'm trying to stick to $200-250 price range. I don't have a lot of extra cash to spare. I'm too young to have the money for a mh light. Have you seen any better lights for $250 since you said about bang for your buck? I've been searching and this was the best I found. If you could find a better one, please, put a hyperlink to it.
If anyone out there has found a better light for the same price, please let me know. I do want to buy the best. I just don't have money for it, but I don't
want to spend $250 and realize that I can't keep anything I had wanted to keep.
With this fixture above, what kinds of corals and inverts would it support?
