Will this light grow anything?

I just purchased a Zoo Med Ocean Sun 10,000k florescent bulb. It claims to “promote growth of zooxanthellae algae which is essential for corals and inverts”. My question is, will this help grow or support any corals or anything else other than fish?
Thanks

It's just an 24" hood with a 18" light. You're normal run of the mill fixture. Will it do some zoos? I'm not interested in raising sps at this point.
Thanks

it's fine. just keep the zoos close to the light. i'd day within 12-15 inches from the light.

being Regular out put it may support low light zoas and shrooms but your not going to see any spectacular growth in them, you will definatly expirience GREAT coraline growth, when I first got into this hobby all I used was Reg out put flour tubes and though my corals didnt grow spectacularly the coraline growth was phenominal.
