Keep in mind that Agent has a 20 gallon, so 110 watts over that would be better than 110 watt over bigger than a 20.

hey would a 96w quad 50/50 be good for an anenome over a 10 gallon? Assumeing the tank has been running for a year and all the water conditions are prestine.

I wouldn't put an anemone into a 10 gallon. Smaller tanks don't have as much water stability as larger tanks, and water stability is what anemones need.
But if you want to try it, and you do think your parameters are very stable, then I do think that lighting could work, but it is still very very low lighting. You have to place the anemone in the very center of the tank right at the top of the tank, as close to the lights as possible. The quad lamp is wider rather than longer like other bulbs, so the light output is a bit more concentrated.
