I have a reef sun 50/50 with 6500k trichomatic daylight phosphor and actinic 420 phosphor for a 29 gallon tank. I dont knopw what any of this means i just typed it off the box.

6500k....Might wanna go with a 10000k...White light..As I am sure someone will chime in with the answer..I think 65k is for plants and will promote algae growth..

Pc's are plenty bright for an anename. I ran 4-96watt Daylight PC's with VHO Actinics over my 125 gallon eand then over my 150 gallon reef and my RBTA looked great and would get about 14 inches across and then split every 4 months or so. T5's are nice I am sure but Pc's are another option as well. A 29 gallon is not that deep so you don't need lighting that has to penetrate way down deep.
65K bulbs will grow corals faster than a 10K bulb but you will want to offset the yellow with some Actinics. I really like the 10K with the Actinic 03 to give a nice bright white look. If you go with PC's you can get them for really cheap on the bid site and you can get 10k's and actinics or all kinds of other spectrums for extremely cheap.
