will this solve ich???

I am in the process of moving my tank. I am also going to change from cc to sand. I will also do a 100% water changed. I figured this would take care of imost of the ich. The fish dont have any signs of ich but i know its in the tank. Should i also do hypo to ensure that the ich is gone for good. If i was to do hypo i was also thinking of adding a flame angel and qt in the hypo'n main tank. I figured this would be the same as a qt.

Definately do the hypo.

with ICH you don't want to mess around or you will play the game over and over. do hypo right off and stop the ICH in its tracks.
