Can a small grow out tank for frags do ok outside? I would only try this when the weather is cooler. Its probably a dumb idea.

In NJ? Only during warmer months...but i'd fine a more suitable location. I'd think the environment would need to be better controlled than you'd be able to do outside. To many variables that you'd have no control over with it outside. But it sounds like a good idea....let us know if you try it.
