seperate him from the other yellow tang would be the first thing. that is probably the reason i would bet on

did you get the vitamins for the one with HLLE?
if you did you can add that into the tank with the one not eating also, that way, even though he isnt eating, he is at least getting nutrients from the water. But i do suggest separating him.

Thanks guys but he didnt make it.
I dont understand he was eating fine picking at the alge and food but then he stoped and staved.
I tried the garlic and it made the other fish nuts on the food so i stoped.I didnt want them to get agressive
