i thought pairing up a pistol shrimp(tiger) and a barbershop goby would be hard! i have had my goby in there for about 3-4 weeks now and i JUST put in the pistol shrimp today and they bonded after about 3 hours in the tank! it's a 24g aquapod, and i thought they would never find each other b/c they are so small! lol... but low and behold they are inseperable now. i am going to post pics as soon as i can capture them. they are hard to get right now b/c the shrimp is hard at work making a new home for him and his buddy =D i'm happy lol

ty ty!!! they are so much fun to watch lol! they won't let each other go more then an inch from one another till they start going crazy

thats amazing i have wanted to do this for a long time. how deep is your sand bed? also they cant break your tank can they, i only ask because i read in one place that they could. but many more that they dont. just wondering and cant wait to see some pics!!!!

my sandbed is about 1 1/2 to 2 inches deep. ever since he hit the bottom of the tank, he's been busy
i heard also that they could break your tank, but i very seriously doubt they will.

thats exactly what it is. the shrimp has a hard time seeing so he needs somebody to watch out for predators for him while he digs a home for him and the goby. it's absolutely a blast to watch, and sorry i don't have any pics yet! they are not coming out that much right now = /
