Worm ID Please

I think this is a Bristle worm right??? He is about 4+" when stretched out. Is he good or bad? What kind of bad habits could one this size have? what are they good for??

its a bristle worm...they are detritus eaters and shouldnt bother things...if you are uncomfortable having him in the tank, then take him out...some have said that they will eat coral but i have never seen any of mine eating anything that wasnt already dead...

I agree entirely.
To add, they can be an indicator of overfeeding if you have large numbers of them.
