worm id?

i got some kinda worm in a white casing theyre pretty small and they have orange feather type crown things
and theyre everywhere
are they ok? and what are they

How small? They sound like small feather dusters, to me, too. There are some in the hitch hiker thread in the archives called Serpulid polychaete worms that match your description. Are they spiral shaped? They could be spirorbid worms if they are very small. Do a search in the hitch hiker thread in the archives.
