Worm in my Goniopora

that depends entirly on the type of worm. it could be some beneficial like a small bristle worm, or it oculd be a bad species such as a eunicid. have a pic?

that depends entirely of what it is. size and color barely narrows it down at all. i would say that it is most likely a harmless bristle worm. is it burried in the skeleton at all? like did it make a large hole in the actual CaCO3 structure or is it jsut kinda hanging out in a hole in the rock?
you can remove it if it would make you feel better, but i really cant say if you should or not since im not sure what it is. you might want to use tweezers jsut in case it can sting.

I tried to pull it off with tweezers and I cut it in half and some of it got away. I do see a hole at the top of the coral maybe it caused it. If I cut it in half will it die or just keep living. It moved very fast like a snake scared the crap out of me. Can I get a something like a shrimp or crap that will kill it.
