I know the pictures are bad, not sure why. My camera is good and I took almost 20 pictures and they all turned out fuzzy.
Anyway i bought some live rock, started my cycle almost a month ago. Last week I notice life
but I'm not sure what it is or even if it is good or bad. Hopefully someone can help me identify this mystery creature.

yes, that is what it is. I googled it and found conflicting statements about them being good or bad. It also stated they are hard to catch.

Some say if you put a shrimp inside a panty hose the worm will crawl into it and get all tangled up. If it is a reef you are wanting I heard they are bad for coral. Catch it and get a little 5 gallon tank. I personally would not want that huge thing in my tank. Good luck

Based on coloration alone, you should check and see if it is a Nereid.
You should also post this in the hitchhikers and ID please forum so that the experts are sure to see it (Cranberry and Co).

You can buy one of those "Trap 'em" bristle worm traps at a fish store. They work good, but if you only have a couple of them I wouldn't worry about it harming anything. The only reason I thinned out some in one of my tanks was because there were like 40 in 6 lbs of live rock.
