so these worms are benificial do they hurt anything?

and i have tons of these, and little tiny i think qtip spounges. kinda anoying when they get in your powerheads tho

at my lfs they have what look like spirorbidae worm or a kind of brislte worm in their mushroom tank so if i bought one of the rocks from there those worms wnot be a prob.
