shhhhhhh......did not mean to yell and wake you all up.
After investigating, they do seem to be living in a small white like tube. Next question-are they bad and if so, how do you get rid of them? Also, noticed one on rock that contains my finger leather, is that ok?

My guess would be a Terebellid Worm.
