worms in my tank

I have recently started a reef tank. I have had my live rock for approximately 2 months. Yesterday I found several long white thin worms coming out of a couple of my rocks. After much research I believe these worms to be spaghetti worms or (loimia medusa). Are these worms harmful to my fish or tank itself and what should I do?

If they are spaghetti worms, they're fine... no problems.
