There were quite a few of these on my glass this morning. I have never seen them before. There is also a white dot by it (egg?) Anyone know what is it and if it is good or bad? thanks

Top one is a montipora or zoanthid eating nudibranch most likely. Get it out and check any of the mentioned coral for more and eggs.
Can't see the second one well enough.

Now I'm freaking out. I don't know how I would even see them if they aren't on the glass. I am sure I will be glued to my tank all day...watching.

Get a magnifying glass. I always have one in my cabinet. Do some searching on here about them. If you still see that one get it out of the tank.

I have gotten two out. I just wonder if that is what happened to these guys. They were fine and then they just quit opening about a week ago.

Probably. You need to take that colony out and check it with a magnifying glass for more of them and eggs. Do some searching here and on google for ways to eradicate them. If you have other zoanthids and palythoas they will need to be checked andor treated for the pests too.
