Worms?

We have a 50 gal salt water tank that currently only has a coral-banded shrimp, a figi devil, 2 clowns, and a foxface. Last night we noticed a few small worms floating and crawling around on the glass. No new fish have been introduced for several months now and the tank is cleaned and water changed once a month. Any ideas what these worms are, where they came from, or how to get rid of them?

Were they White and did they swim by wiggling through the water???

they are very thin and white, and they wiggle in the water, and also down the glass.

Sounds like a spawning of Polychaete worms. They turn into Epitokes for reproduction. Great fish food!
