I have these white little worms that live on my live rock.I was wondering what they were and if they are harmful? They look like fishing line or like a then white noodle and sucks in when something is near it.
I also have bristle worms in my tank too, if anybody has any tips about this worms would be helpful too.

The white ones sounds like feather dusters hard to tell without a picture if you can get one , The Bristol worms as far as i know are good cleaners.

You should top off your tank once a day. You don't want to have fluctuations in your salinity. Do you know where you should keep your levels at for salinity?

Yes top off with r/o water,Do not add salt just for top offs and yes check salinity i keep mine about 1.022, But if your going to do a water change have some R/o water set up 24/48hrs before your water change and the amount your going to change.

yes then in 1 hr with proper circulation check again what hydrometer are you using?

Imo, I would only use ro. water bottled. There are too many impurity's in tap water. also depending on what hydrometer you are using mine i have to fill it then give it a couple of hits on a flat surface to get the little air bubbles off that stick to the needle or it will give me an improper reading.

What do you mean you don't know how to add fresh water? You just put it in. I add some to a small bucket and pour it into the filter compartment. That is why you don't want to allow it to avaporate a lot. When you are adding alot of fresh all at once can be detrimental to your livestock. For a reef tank with inverts and corals the ideal level is 1.025 and for fish only it is 1.021-1.022. I would raise it slowly. Add about half today and half in another 12 hours or so.

Things have kind of gotten off topic but the white noodles you say are in your live rock are spaghetti worms. When food is present and they can feel it they will reach out with their bodies and grab the food. Nothing to worry about. They are beneficial in the fact that they are basically part of a clean up crew. Just eat the uneaten food.

First, get a refractometer. Hydrometers, unless you mean a glass lab grade one, are notoriously inaccurate. I keep my SG at 1.025 for a FOWLR with inverts.
The tubes on your rock could be a number of things. It is hard to say for sure without pics. It is most likely beneficial though. If the "worms" were parasitic then your fish would be dead long before you would see them all over the rocks.
