Worried :-/

I jsut got the 20 -60 gallon reef package, and I acclimated them properly, I put them in the tank, andthe feather dusters are fine, the anenomes are fine ( I think they are sticking to the live rock on the bottom of the tank??? ) the emerald crabs are fine, but the blue leg hermits and the red leg ones, as well as the snails ( the blue snails are fine) just lay there, not really moving or tryign to turn themselfs over, and I got one that was already out of it's shell dead when it was sent to me
IS there something wrong, or is this how they act for a while?

Hi I got in a big order of stuff in and I had
2 snails -Super tongan Nassarius- within the order. 1 was fine but the other was upside down out of it's shell. I put them both in the tank and for at least 2 hours that snail didnt move until it reput him right side up, I never seen him move but he was gone didnt see him till feeding time. Both are fine now. So if it doesnt move for a day and your tank mates pick at him its more then likely dead. Sorry
