worth replacing 39x4 nova extreme lighting?

this fixture is on my 20 gallon long frga tank... its been almost or more than 2 yrs w. the same t5's!!!
is it worth replacing the lights? i mean i don't think it costs too much to do so..
and what are the best bulbs to replace with?
all i have in there are tons of zoos/shrooms, softies....

be careful while replacing those lamps. the new bulbs could fry the corals, as they will be alot stronger than the old bulbs. i'd put couple pieces of window screen between the bulbs and corals for a few days, then remove one..then wait another few days and remove the other to gradually let them adjust.
