Would clownfish kill corals?

My clownfish have been acting strange. I think they are going to start maiting. One of the clowns has been rubbing itself on a mushroom, and picking at it. Now 2 of the corals look sick.

Maybe your water is messed up.

yes clowns can love corals to death. even an anemone can be killed from the clowns behaviour. i would move the mushrooms if at all possible and maybe it will stop the hosting of the coral.

I glued them all down. If I got an anemone would they leave the corals alone?

They're trying to host the mushrooms, because they do not have an anemone to host. Clowns will typically mouth their hosts to allow their bodies to get used to the anemone.
Personally I would cover up the mushrooms, with some, like half a strawberry container or something. Anything that will allow light/flow. This should deter the Clowns from the 'Shrooms.
What is your lighting like? Anemones require a decent amount of light.

I upgraded the light recently for the corals. Its a 15 watt 50/50. But I know that I should get a better one for an anemone. What do you suggest?

An anemone isn't the answer as there's no guarantee that the clowns will host it. They can also be a big headache and need a mature tank as well as better lighting.

very true most people that add them to the tank regret it because of their wandering nature. you also have to watch cause if you get the wrong tyoe *like a carpet* it can eat your clowns for dinner,
