Would these lights be enough?

I'm wanting to upgrade. These are in my price range and seem like a great bit of light.Would these be efficient for most coral and anemone?Oh and my tank is a slim 55 gallon. So it's about 1 & 1/2 feet to the top of the sand.
Nova extreme with
2x54W-Dual Daylight
2x54W-Dual Actinic
4 lunar lights

Im pretty sure your talking about T5s donot get PC your going to want to upgrade and wish you got it right the frist time. 4-54watts of T5s is perfect for a 55 long if your trying to stay cheap. Others will not agree with me but I would get a nova extreme even though they don't have individual refectors for a 55 gal long thats only 18 tall you really don't need them I have a corcea in mine for 6 months and it looks just as good if not better than when I first got also have alot of LPS I do reccomend swaping out the lamps and going with ATIs there alot better than the current lamps the fixture comes with. the fixture cost roughly 200 new and lamps are 20 bucks apiece. (lamps aren't needed off the bat I would run them for about a year than get the ATIs)
I do have a tek fixture on my other tank and like it but it did heat the water so I had to mount fans on top to cool it down and also had to buy legs it ended up being alot more money than I thought thats why Im reccomending this fixture. Since you said you didn't want to spend alot and be able to keep anything

look at the bay for a good cost. I have been running this same fixture for awile now and havent had any problems with them except for the lamps not being the best out there but don't take that the wrong way I just got 6 new lamps for my TEK fixture and decided to get 4 for my nova and wow I should have done that right off the bat makes a big difference. I havent tried any SPS with this light but I do have a corcea clam in there and alot of LPS and had a BTA( sold awile ago) and they all are growing and looking awsome better than when I got them so its been good to me. for that shallow of a tank and wide that fixtuure is perfect for all starters your chioces are really just about anything (just saying that because im not sure about SPS because I havent tried it) but if a corcea can thrive and grow I think SPS will do fine if I get more flow in the tank

you got a PM also SPS (small polyp stonie corals) generally some of the more light demanding corals but also require crazy flow to thrive also probably the hardest coral to care for but some specimens can be very colorful and amazing

a corcea clam is about as light demanding as it gets right up there with very light demanding SPS
