Would this work for a hospital tank?

Okay some of my fish have ick. I need to get them out of my tank. Would this work as a temporary hospital tank. I have extra powerheads, heater, filter, and a 30 gallon tub. Would this work for my hospital tank so I can use copper to kill the ick?

Yes it would work but are you going to hypo the fish? And how many are you talking about?
