for my 29 gallon tank ( not a biocube) i want about 30-40 lbs of live rock with a protein skimmer...would this be adequate enough for the only filtration?
plus how would i set up power heads?

Sounds good to me.Place the powerheads on the side glass facing one another or on the back glass facing toward the center of the front glass.Theres no wrong way,except if they are kicking up the sand.

yeah..like he said about the powerheads..theres really no wrong way to do it..just whatever keeps a good current in ur tank, without disturbing your sandbed...otherwise youll reintroduce bad stuff into ur tank
