I have spent 199$ for a fish though. and that was because I had alot of store credit I would not have spent cash money even at that price LOL

I would IF i had that much expendable income. $3500 can be relatively cheap to some people. they wouldn't purchase the fish to resell it if there was no market for it.

I would not. The most i have payed was 60 for a fish so far, im sure that will go up in time though, hopefully never to 3500 though.

absolutely fish had a gem tang that was sold and awaiting pickup.
i found nothing about that fish to be worth 3600.
looks like a black tang with ich. seriously.

I would if I was rich with a lot of money. I have spent 300 for a leopard shark before they were illegal to get under 3ft.

If my income was a couple more times what it was, sure. Maybe not particularlly those 'commonly uncommon' $3500 fish, but if there was one I definitely liked, absoluetly.

The clarion doesn't do it for me, but the gem tang is incredible IMO. That's a beautiful fish. I like the price tag. Helps keep them on the reefs.
