Both sound gross but...calcuim? No idea what that is.

Def. The shrimp cubes because I could swallow them whole. I'd hate to try to produce enough salvia to swallow dry flakes. GAG!

banned from SWF.com.....it can't help you if you are in the middle of a snow storm.
WYR eat food out of a dumpster in NYC or drink dirty water that dripped out of the bottom of a garbage bag (you can't see inside)?

Would you rather drink burning hot coffee and scald your tongue, or drink filthy pond water cycled through a filter?
